Downstairs is the ground floor of Ducie Street Warehouse, which is the perfect place to host your next event. Located there is a beautiful bar for standing receptions, as well as two soft seating areas for meetings, three multi-purpose private rooms and a 36-seat mini cinema. The Atrium is a large, beautiful open space framed by the original powder blue structure from DSW’s former life as an actual warehouse.
