The Rutland Hotel offers stylish modern rooms, complimentary Wi-Fi, just a short distance from the city centre. All of the bedrooms offer luxury furnishings, modern en suite facilities and an interactive LCD TV. Each room has tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board and a hairdryer. Beds have memory foam mattresses and bathrooms are wet rooms. The Rutland has a traditional Victorian character, and the refurbished guest areas feature leather furniture, rustic details and modern art. There is also a large garden with a terrace and water feature. At the hotel, guests can also enjoy our lounge area to socialise and unwind while having access to beverages served at reception 24/7.

Conference and Meeting Room Information
The Rutland Hotel has fully equipped conference and banqueting rooms that accommodate up to 85 guests. All three of their spaces offer natural daylight, highspeed WiFi, and are flexible in their format and layout. For largest events, the Dovedale Suite is perfect, however for smaller conferences, the Panel Room is likely to be a more suited!
